These general principles apply to paid TaiwanTuki services and assignments. Free guides on the website are general information. The actual scope, price, delivery schedule and contracting party are always confirmed in a written offer.
1. Clients and nature of the service
TaiwanTuki provides practical support to both companies and individuals for Finland–Taiwan needs. Business services, practical consultations and any other paid services are scoped case by case. TaiwanTuki is not an official trade representation, public authority, law firm, accounting firm or certified inspection organization. An enquiry does not create an assignment agreement. General information provided to individuals does not replace advice from a public authority, lawyer, tax adviser, healthcare professional or other qualified specialist.
2. Scope of assignment
Before work begins, the task, deliverable, schedule, price and any information required from the client are agreed in writing.
3. Nature of research and digital assessments
Market, company, partner, supplier and digital-commerce assessments are based on the sources agreed for the assignment, information provided by the client and information available at the time. They support the client’s decision-making but do not guarantee market success, supplier reliability, product quality, delivery performance or fulfilment of contractual obligations.
4. Specialist services
TaiwanTuki does not itself provide legal, tax, accounting, customs or public-authority advice, or certified audit or inspection services. If a project requires such expertise, that task is assigned to the client’s own specialist or another qualified professional. TaiwanTuki can, when agreed, help define the need and coordinate the collaboration.
5. Confidentiality
Non-public information supplied by the client for an assignment is handled only to the extent needed to evaluate and carry out the assignment. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be agreed before detailed information is provided.
6. Final terms
A project-specific offer or agreement takes precedence over these general website terms.
