How TaiwanTuki processes information submitted through enquiries.

What information is processed?
The contact form may process the person's name, email address, selected topic, message content, schedule information and, optionally, the company or educational institution name. The server may also process technical log data to prevent abuse.
Why is the information processed?
Information is processed to respond to enquiries, take pre-contractual steps requested by the user, evaluate a possible service or assignment, prepare an offer and manage the enquiry or client relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps and TaiwanTuki’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to it. Contact-form information is not added to a marketing list solely because an enquiry was submitted.
Retention
Contact information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request, manage the client relationship or meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are generally deleted within 12 months unless there is a justified reason for longer retention.
Service providers and data transfers
Technical hosting and server-side processing of the form use Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend is used to deliver form messages by email. Service providers may process technical information or message content to provide the service, and their infrastructure may be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, the providers’ current privacy practices and legally required transfer mechanisms apply.
Your rights
You may request access to personal data concerning you, correction of inaccurate data and, where applicable, deletion or restriction of processing. Requests can be sent to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site currently does not use advertising cookies, user profiling or separate visitor analytics. The hosting provider may process standard technical log data to maintain the security and operation of the service. If separate analytics or marketing tracking is introduced later, this notice and, where required, the consent mechanism will be updated before implementation.
